Informationsverarbeitende Assistenten

Students who at least have the intermediate school leaving certificate (Fachoberschulreife) or the qualification to attend the gymnasiale Oberstufe are admitted into IVA.

The course lasts three years and takes place in full-time form. It includes an 8-week internship. The focus of this course is on information technology with emphasis on data processing. The students can obtain a double qualification:

• Full technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
• Professional qualification according to state law with the professional title "Staatlich geprüfte/geprüfter kaufmännische Assistentin Informationsverarbeitung" (Commercial Assistant in Data Processing)
