i-STEP (Erasmus+ strategic school partnership)

In this project, students of the Höhere Handelsschule & Wirtschaftsgymnasium take the opportunity to work together with students from the partner schools (in Italy, Romania and Turkey) to simulate an international startup company that launches an innovative product of their own devising on the market in the four countries.

They decide on a common product, on necessary staff and how to recruit them, and how to market the product. That way, they learn about the way a business is run, and the different approaches to set up and manage a company in the different countries. During the project, the students collaborate online and during four one-week visits at the other partner schools.
